Arun Kapur

In 1990, Mr Kapur started as the founding headmaster of Vasant Valley School. He has nurtured the school to become India’s leading co-educational day school. Since 2008, Mr Kapur, as the founding director, conceptualized and designed the Royal Academy in Bhutan, a project of His Majesty, the King of Bhutan. More

Benu Khanna

Benu Khanna has considerable experience in the educational field. Her expertise includes school management systems, public relations, teacher training,and representative member in ICSE Council and School Evaluation Systems.

P Mohan

P. Mohan Kumar has been working in the education space. He taught Mathematics at Vasant Valley School, Delhi, before working as an education technology expert developing various education solutions and implementing large scale programmes.

Sangeeta Doraiswami

Sangeeta Doraiswami’s work experience covers leadership roles at schools, teaching primary, pre-schoolers in multi-cultural school communities at many public and international school systems. Her expertise lies in various curricula including the IB, British and Indian education systems. Her primary area of interest is in curriculum development for early schoolers and teacher training.

Saroj Thapa

Saroj Thapa’s expertise is in the area of school education, focusing on capacity building and research in teacher education, classroom pedagogy, special needs education and inclusion.

Renu Kaul

Renu Kaul is in the field of Education with special emphasis on Early Childhood Education. She is responsible for setting up and running the Pallavan Pre School programme.

Sunaina Narang

Sunaina Narang is an editor and has been in the publishing world. She has worked with Roli Books and HarperCollins India in Delhi. Her expertise is in book commissioning and editing. Currently she looks after content and communication at PLS.

Ritika Kapur

Ritika Kapur has a background in development, heritage and design. She has several years of cross-disciplinary experience working as an analyst, researcher and project coordinator. She has previously worked with organizations such as the World Bank, Motherland JV, and Postcard Hotels.

Choki Wangchuk

Choki Wangchuk has a Master’s degree from Rutgers University and has many years of experience in education consultancy and project
management. He has worked on monitoring and evaluation of school performance and analysis of data on educational and skill development aspects.

Thupten Tsewang 

Thupten Tsewang is the administrative and logistics head at Pallavan Learning Systems. Before joining PLS, he headed the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an engineering background.

Amrita Bahl

Dr. Amrita Bahl is a graduate of the doctoral program in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2013, Amrita returned to India and worked in social media communications. Before joining the Pallavan Learning Systems team in 2022, Amrita worked as Officer on Special Duty to the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry and with the Education Research Center team at the Druk Gyalpo’s Institute in Bhutan. She has over two decades of experience in designing participatory programs for different audiences including school children, community members, prisoners, and more.
